As a rough guide generally 45 to 60min for a 4 room clean.

We use an Australian made bio-enzyme plus citrus for the pre-spray. Stains may require a very wide range of chemicals to be removed, we will always flush them out. Please let us know in advance if you are allergic or sensitive to any fragrances or chemicals.

Again, varies greatly, weather, rain, level of soil in the fibres, stains etc.. expect anywhere from 4 to 12 hours generally.  Urine stain treatment will require longer treatment/drying times to break down the urine.
